Getting in touch
When a form displays “Send my request” or “Request my home valuation,” it sends your details through this website to Matthew’s Follow Up Boss customer relationship management account. Follow Up Boss processes and stores your inquiry so Matthew can respond, organize the next steps, and receive notifications. See Follow Up Boss’s privacy policy. If the form displays “Continue in email,” it prepares a message on your device instead; you must send it from your own email app. You can always call Matthew directly at 865.761.9797.
What you share
If you send an inquiry, Matthew receives the contact information, property details, and message you include and uses them to respond to your request. Please don’t include financial account numbers or other sensitive documents in an initial inquiry.
Videos and other websites
Video thumbnails load from YouTube’s image service. Playing a video loads a YouTube privacy-enhanced player. Brokerage search, social profiles, and other external links are operated by their respective providers and follow their own privacy practices.
Site operation
The hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. Checklist progress is temporary and is not stored after a page refresh.
Optional advertising measurement
If you allow advertising cookies, selected real-estate pages use the Meta Pixel owned by Matthew Parsons, Realtor to measure page visits and successfully submitted inquiries. Meta may receive page URLs, browser and device information, IP addresses and cookie identifiers, and use this information for ad measurement and personalization. Our inquiry events do not include your name, email, phone number, property address or message. Insurance and other unrelated resource pages do not load this pixel.
Advertising tracking is off until you choose to allow it. Use “Cookie choices” in the footer to change your choice at any time. We store your preference in this browser for up to 180 days and honor the browser’s Global Privacy Control signal. Declining does not prevent you from using the site or contacting Matthew. Withdrawing permission stops future tracking in this browser; it does not erase information already received by Meta. See Meta’s privacy policy for its handling of information.
