THE WORK BEHIND THE FIRST IMPRESSION

Your home. Thoughtfully presented. Actively marketed.

I’m Matthew Parsons. I put a background in design and video—and the work of a considered selling plan—into helping buyers see what makes your home worth a closer look.

Find the details worth noticing.

A home’s story starts with the property itself. Before the camera comes out, we look at the layout, light, updates, outdoor spaces, and the features that make everyday life work. Your perspective matters: you know the spots you use most and the details a quick walkthrough could miss.

Then we decide what deserves attention and how to show it accurately. A main-level primary suite, a flexible loft, or a well-used covered patio is more helpful to a buyer than a string of adjectives. Clear information makes beautiful presentation more useful.

Prepare with the presentation in mind.

We create a practical preparation plan before committing to photography. That can include room arrangements, cleaning, exterior presentation, and the repairs or improvements worth discussing. We also plan for pets, personal belongings, and the details that need to be ready on the day.

The plan should fit your home and your timeline. We will discuss proposed work before you spend, connect the preparation to the pricing conversation, and agree on a launch sequence you can follow.

Put design, photography, and video to work.

My background in graphic design and video production shapes how I think about presenting a home. Photography introduces the spaces. Video can help someone understand the flow and feel. Property wording gives that first impression substance: useful details, clear features, and an accurate description.

We will discuss the creative approach and marketing channels appropriate for your property, including online presentation and social content. The aim is a consistent story wherever a buyer first encounters the home. The specific materials and distribution plan will be agreed for your listing.

Use current technology with a clear purpose.

I stay involved with the tools changing real estate and teach other REALTORS® how to use them. Through Home Star Courses, I teach technology, AI, and video production. That work informs how I approach home marketing and the client experience.

For your sale, technology should make the work more useful: a well-planned video, an organized presentation, timely communication, and information you can understand. We will connect the tools and marketing channels to your property and your goals, with careful attention to accurate details.

Make the launch a coordinated effort.

Strong materials need an organized launch. We review the property facts, connect the photographs and wording, and plan how interested buyers will get the information they need. A showing plan should make the next step clear while taking your household’s schedule into account.

I want you to understand what is being done to market your home. We will agree on a regular communication schedule and discuss the response: activity, questions, and feedback that can help us decide what comes next. I will explain the options and share useful resources so you understand the decisions along the way.

Keep working after the first impression.

The job continues after a home goes live. We review market response alongside competing properties and your priorities. If the feedback reveals a repeated question, we can consider whether the presentation needs to answer it more clearly. If conditions call for a pricing conversation, we will have it directly.

If you are thinking about selling in Knoxville, Farragut, or Lenoir City, let’s begin with your home. I will help you connect the marketing to the larger plan for your move.
