A few thoughtful winter photographs can tell a different story about your East Tennessee home.
Photograph the feeling of the season.
When snow changes the look of your home, a few photographs can capture something you may want later: trees along the property line, a favorite view, or the shape of the home in a quieter landscape. Keep the original files at their full resolution so there is flexibility in how they are used.
Choose a safe viewpoint from the ground and look for soft natural light. A straight horizon and a little space around the house often create a more useful photograph than a tightly cropped snapshot.
Keep seasonal photos in your home folder.
Store your favorite winter, spring, summer, and fall views together. If you decide to sell in a different season, they can help illustrate how the property changes through the year.
Seasonal images should be labeled honestly and complement current listing photographs. They should not obscure the home’s present condition. Contact me when a view looks especially good and we can discuss whether it belongs in the marketing plan.
